Experience the Wine Vault’s contemporary blend of French and Mediterranean cuisine, accompanying your meal with a selection of wines from sommelier Emil Perdec’s extensive yet carefully selected collection of 500 vintages, and find out why the Wine Vault has re-defined fine-dining in Rovinj and Istria.
The fine dining restaurant has a limited number of seats and a private dining area. Its traditional decor adds to the wine cellar atmosphere, with contemporary art details complimenting the sense of understated luxury.
