Tomislav Gretic presides over the kitchen of both the Wine Vault and Restaurant Mediterraneo. With international experience that has taken him from Sheraton Zagreb to Dubai, Zurich and Dubrovnik, Tomislav’s passion for French cuisine and direct and uncompromising style is reflected in his attention to detail and creation of original dishes. To guarantee freshness, Tomislav uses local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
